We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We cover return shipping only if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
  • Items purchased with discount codes over 50% off
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • Approval notification: We'll notify you of the approval or rejection status
  • Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Bank processing: Additional bank processing times may vary

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection
  • Items missing parts or accessories
  • Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days

Restocking Fees

We do not currently charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability:

  • Original item must meet return eligibility requirements
  • Customer pays shipping difference if applicable
  • For fastest service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Items must comply with customs regulations
  • International return shipping times may take longer

European Union Customers

EU customers have 14 days from delivery to return items for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The return period extends to 30 days for our standard return policy benefits.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at info@upliftluxe.com if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:
