Uplift Luxe Return & Refund Policy

At Uplift Luxe, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Orders may be dispatched at any time after purchase, therefore cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed after checkout.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@upliftluxe.com. We will do our best to assist if your order has not yet been dispatched.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

Email info@upliftluxe.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Your preferred resolution: store credit or refund

Once approved, we will provide:

  • A return authorization number
  • The correct return address for your order
  • Return instructions

Please note: We do not publish a general return address. The return address is provided only after authorization.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping costs

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or beauty products for hygiene reasons
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items sent to an unauthorized address

6. Sizing Information

We carry items from different regions including China, Europe, and the United States. Sizing may vary significantly between regions.

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide and measuring yourself before placing an order.

Size-related returns are accepted within our standard 30-day return window; however:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to cash refunds
  • No restocking fee applies for store credit

7. Refunds

After we receive your return:

  • Inspection takes approximately 2–3 business days
  • You will receive an approval or rejection email
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at info@upliftluxe.com.

8. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to cash refunds
  • No restocking fee applies to store credit
  • No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrect items

9. What Is Refunded

  • Item price minus any applicable restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned with signs of use
  • Missing tags, parts, or accessories
  • Items not returned in original condition

11. International Returns, Customs, Duties, and Fees

Some orders are fulfilled from the United States, Europe, or Asia. Because of this, some returns may be cross-border.

For international returns, customs authorities or carriers may charge import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or handling fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If a return is sent with unpaid customs or duty charges, Uplift Luxe may refuse the package or deduct those charges from the refund amount.

Any duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable unless required by law.

Please contact us before shipping an international return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

12. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Items must still be returned in eligible condition. No restocking fee applies for eligible EU cancellations within this statutory 14-day period.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@upliftluxe.com with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund when applicable.
